Design Process
Phase I - Your landscape architect will create a Concept Plan based on your discussions and information you've provided us through our
convenient checklist.
This first draft will determine the basic layout of your design. When completed, you will be emailed a copy for your review. This is the time to make any revisions before moving on to your Master Plan.
Phase II - After you approve your Concept Plan, your landscape architect will begin the process of creating your
Master Plan.
This plan consists of much more detail needed for construction and includes your planting layout. When completed, you will be emailed a copy of the Computer Aided Design (CAD) for your review.
Delivery - After your final approval, an email will be sent you with your completed plan as a PDF file. You can take this file to your local Kinko's or Print Shop and have them printed to scale, or for an additional charge, scaled copies of your completed plan can be sent via FedEx a CD mailed right to your door.
